Sie f\u00e4llt leicht ab und gerade diese dezente Neigung sorgt f\u00fcr relevante Unterschiede. W\u00e4hrend das obere Drittel noch entscheidend vom Loibenberg und seinem erodierten Verwitterungsgestein gepr\u00e4gt ist, \u00fcben im unteren Teil Sand und Sedimente Einfluss auf den Rebstock aus. Tiefgr\u00fcndiges, vom Loibenberg erodiertes Gneisverwitterungsmaterial ist durch alle Horizonte hindurch mit Sand und L\u00f6ss gemischt.
